Tax Certificate Financing
This product is solely for the purpose of purchasing tax certificates and tax deed applications from municipalities within the bank trade areas. This type of lending is subject to loan to value criteria, borrower's experience and date the certificate/deed was issued. The bank must be registered as the assignee of the original certificate and tax deed applications.
