Automated Clearing House (ACH)

  • ACH Processing Credits (Direct Deposit) enables you to process your payroll automatically by creating ACH Batches and electronically transmitting them to any domestic bank account.

  • ACH Processing Debits (Collections) enables you to automate your collection process and eliminate your mail and check collection float by creating an ACH Batch and electronically transmitting them for collection.

  • ACH Processing Debits (Cash Concentration) enables you to electronically move your funds from your corporate accounts at different financial institutions to Ocean Bank in order to cash concentrate your funds.

  • ACH Origination (NACHA) Optional files for upload enables you to electronically process your payroll or collection batch file directly to Ocean Bank for processing. The batches have to comform to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) requirements. If you have a question about NACHA requirements, consult the most recent version of the ACH Rules Book.
