While your clients enjoy the convenience, you benefit from quicker access to funds because these electronic card payments are processed quicker than paper checks. When you are a Preferred Practice customer and make a $100 security deposit, the cost of the terminal to swipe cards is waived. Remote Deposit Ocean Bank understands that it’s important for your staff to be in the office. That’s why Preferred Practice customers get access to a service that allows deposits to be made into your Ocean Bank checking account without making a trip to the bank. The service uses a scanner connected to your computer to electronically transmit checks into your account.  As a Preferred Practice customer, you’ll receive a low-volume transaction scanning device for free. The low-volume model is ideal for processing one or just a few checks at a time. Payroll Service Ocean Bank’s payroll processing for up to 25 employees is part of Preferred Practice when enrolled in. This service replaces checking writing and manual payroll preparation with an electronic service that deposits pay directly into your employees’ bank accounts, regardless of where they bank. Payroll processing saves time, improves payroll accuracy and gives employees quicker access to pay than issuing a paper check. Enrollment in online Business BillPay–e Plus system is required to take advantage of direct deposit payroll services. Safe Deposit Box As a Preferred Practice customer, you can receive a free one-year (3” X 5”) safe deposit box rental with a minimum of $2,500.00 opening deposit.
