ITMs
An ITM is an Interactive Teller Machine that provides all the services of an ATM with the option to receive assistance from an Ocean teller using live video chat.
- When speaking to an ITM teller, you can withdraw cash over your standard limit and get cash in denominations of $1, $5, $20, and $100.
- Personal servicing from an Ocean Bank teller to assist you with your transactions, answer questions and provide more information about Ocean Bank services.
An ITM provides the same security as an ATM. Walk up units have a hand set available for privacy, text chat is also available on all ITMs.
Ocean Bank customers with a deposit and/or loan account.
You will be prompted to validate your identity by showing your photo ID and answer a few security questions.
Select the option "Talk To Teller" and follow the prompts.
- Deposit cash and checks
- Withdraw cash
- Check account balance
- Transfer funds between your eligible Ocean Bank account
- Make an Ocean Loan payment
The ITM teller is available from Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
All interactive tellers are Ocean Bank employees.
No. Using the ITM is the same as going inside the branch and getting service by a teller.
Yes, simply initiate your transaction by inserting your card. While you are doing your ATM transaction the ITM teller will not be available.
