Ocean Bank Provides $70 Million For Construction of Aventura Commercial Project

Ocean Bank provided a $70 million loan to Central Aventura LLC for construction of a 9-story mixed-use commercial building that will have Aventura’s first multi-story digital billboard screen.

Central Aventura, located on 1.6-acre site at the northeast corner of Biscayne Boulevard and 209th Street, will have142,153 square feet of rental space, including 75,270 square feet of retail and 63,883 square feet of officers.

“We are extremely excited to be a part of a project within the great City of Aventura that will be a Tier 1 destination to the city,” said Jacobo Cababie Dichi, principal of Central Aventura LLC.

Retail will make up the first three stories, followed by four stories of parking and two floors of offices.

“This is a marquee property on a desirable location along high-traffic Biscayne Boulevard, and adjacent to Ocean Bank’s Aventura branch,” said Rogelio Villarreal Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Lending. “We are happy to welcome Jacobo Cababie Dichi and Aventura Central as clients of Ocean Bank.”
