Ocean Bank Provides $7 Million Loan For Purchase of Cypress Creek Office Building
Ocean Bank announced it provided $7 million loan for the purchase of an office building at 6400 North Andrews Ave. in the Cypress Creek area of Fort Lauderdale.
The five-story multi-tenant office building has 55,585 square feet of gross leasing area on a 2.6-acre parcel between North Andrews Avenue and I-95, just north of the Cypress Creek Road exit. It offers 16 office suites ranging from 1,593 square feet to 8,008 square feet.
“Ocean Bank is happy to provide this financing for borrowers JS Florida Ventures, LLC and HS Florida Ventures LLC, headed by Joseph and Helen Spitzer, and managed by Harry Spitzer,” said Pedro Max, Executive Vice President and Head of Business Banking and Branches for Ocean Bank.
Earlier, the bank provided $13.2 million in financing to the group for the Cypress Corporate Center, a six-story Class A building adjacent to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.
Senior Vice President Reynaldo J. Perera arranged the loan for Ocean Bank.
